- Who is allowed to attend Premiere Birmingham?
Premiere Birmingham is only open to licensed beauty industry professionals and students. All attendees may be required to present a photo ID along with one of the following credentials (If you have another form of credential which is not listed, please call 800-335-7469):- • Salon or Spa business license denoting Salon ownership
- • Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Massage Therapist license
- • Sally's Professional Card (red)
- • Distributor Store Card
- • Cosmetology School business, state license or school ID card
- Am I allowed to bring my children to the show?
Premiere Birmingham gives the professional an opportunity to experience and learn. Due to insurance liabilities and also with respect to your professional peers, children of any age will not be permitted on the show floor or into the educational components. - What should I do if I lose my show registration?
All sales are final. You will be required to purchase another show registration to gain entrance into the show. - Are refunds available if I purchase my registration but am not able to attend the show?
All registration sales are final, no refunds will be issued. Your 2011 registration may be exchanged for Premiere Birmingham 2012 by calling 800-335-7469.

No, in compliance with the Birmingham Clean Air Act, smoking inside is prohibited by the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Center. Designated smoking areas outside the building will be marked. - Am I able to bring my camera?
No photography or videotaping of Premiere Birmingham or its Educational Program is allowed without prior permission from Show Management. - Is there a public paging system?
No, if attending the show with friends in the industry, be sure to set a specific time and place to meet.

- Do I need to pre-register for classes?
Classes are included with your show registration and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Workshops with separate fees are limited by the number of seats in the room. - Does my state have approved continuing education hours?

- Will there be a location for me to check my purchases?
Yes, have someone hold your products while you shop. Product check fee per bag is $1. Visit our Product Check location at the show. No strollers or pull carts allowed on the show floor. - What if I need special assistance at the show?
To ensure your participation at Premiere Birmingham is enjoyable and meaningful, please contact Premiere Show Group at 800-335-7469 at least three weeks prior to the show.

- What am I required to bring with me?
Bring plenty of business cards and your beauty industry credentials. Premiere Birmingham show is a time for networking and contact information should always be available. To purchase products, you may be asked to verify that you are a beauty industry professional or student of the beauty industry. - What should I wear?
Clothing should be comfortable, yet professional. We suggest wearing business casual clothing, but pack some comfortable pieces if you plan to visit area attractions.
